Prathik Nair, son of Rajesh Nair, got selected for a statewide middle level honor choir performance at the Wichita Performing Arts Center organized by KMEA: http://ksmea.org/home/index.php

It's very rare that seventh graders get selected for this, even more for a "desi" kid!  - his music teacher mentioned that he will be surrounded by eighth and even some 9th graders from the high school choir. The KMEA association trains the students all day Friday Feb 26th and then they gave a concert performance on the same day at 5:00.
